ETI works quickly with their customers to navigate through the stressful experience of receiving a summons of non-compliance
- Review and explain the violations received & its process
- Schedule an inspection
- Repair & Rectify the the violations and ensure the fire sprinkler system is in good working order
- Prepare & Submit documentation to the FDNY by the compliance date stated on the summons (approx. 30 days after receipt). This includes a notarized Certificate of Correction, Letter from our Licensed Master Fire Suppression Contractor, Pictures, Video etc.
- Once the documentation is submitted to the FDNY, it will be reviewed and a Cure Letter is normally issued if met compliance.
